A game of speed and observation: any two cards always share exactly one symbol, and the first player to pick it out wins the card.
The deck has fifty-seven cards, and each one shows eight symbols. It has a property you don’t notice at first glance: any two cards picked at random always have exactly one symbol in common, no more, no less.
Each player has a card in front of them, a card is turned over in the center, and everyone searches at the same time for the symbol their card shares with the center card. The first to pick it out wins the center card, which becomes their new card — and another one is turned over.
Nobody waits for their turn: everyone plays at once, and a card is often won in a second or two. Since everyone’s card is different, the symbol to find is not the same for everyone, and watching what the others do is no help at all.
A random click costs you: a wrong symbol locks its player out for a brief moment, while the others keep searching. Better to look half a second longer than to guess.
Tripple is played in the browser, on a computer as well as on a phone, with nothing to install and no account. You can play it on your own: bots take the empty seats, and how quick they are depends on the level you choose.
To play with friends, create a table and share its code, or open it to the public lobby. The game can also be played entirely with the keyboard: Tab moves from card to card, the arrow keys go through its symbols, Enter picks one.
